Napa Community Animal Response Team (Napa CART) works with the Napa County Office of Emergency Services (OES), and local agencies to put effective communications and systems in place to ensure the best possible outcome for animals in Napa County in the event of an emergency, accident or natural disaster. Please reach out to CART directly to volunteer.

Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) is a community based volunteer organization staffed by local community members, that is self-contained and self-sustained, which can self-deploy to assist the local community.
The Community Organization Active in Disasters (COAD) develops and enhances partnerships for communication, coordination & collaboration amongst the whole community including non-profit & faith-based organizations, government agencies, and the private sector during all phases of disaster. COAD provides opportunities for volunteers in disaster and donations to support its efforts.
Napa Community Disaster Relief Fund
